Proposed Merger
6/11/26: The member meeting regarding the proposed merger with Credit Union 1, previously scheduled for Thursday, July 23, has been postponed.
The Board of Directors recognizes that the proposed merger represents an important decision for the future of our credit union and its members. The Board believes it is appropriate to use this additional time to continue its evaluation of the proposed merger.
As a result of the postponement, any ballots previously distributed for the July 23 meeting are no longer valid and will not be opened or counted. The Board will provide additional information regarding any future meeting, voting process, or related materials once those decisions have been made.
A notice regarding the meeting postponement will also be mailed to all members at the address on record.
