Not too long ago, the only way to access your account information or withdraw cash from your account was to stop into your neighborhood branch and visit with a teller or financial associate. The ATM kiosk changed all of that! Today, not only can we, but we demand 24/7 instant access to all our financial services.

First Class Community Credit Union is no exception! You have the power to pull account information or conduct financial business every day of the year. With our Online Banking features, you can:

  • View recent transactions
  • Process transfers between accounts held at First Class Community CU
  • Schedule future transfers
  • Establish account alert notifications
  • Send emails
  • Apply for a loan
  • Request check copies and stop pays
  • Pay bills
  • Receive electronic statements & electronic notices. With eStatements & eNotices you choose to receive your monthly statements and various notices electronically by email instead of a paper copy. They are convenient, secure, and easy to access. Whether you want to save time, save a tree, or just get organized, eStatements and eNotices are the answer. Follow these step by step instructions to enroll today!

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started using Online Banking. 

 How To Enroll In Online Banking:

  1. Go to
  2. Click the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner where it says Online Banking.
  3. Click the “Enroll in Online Banking” button.
  4. Enter your Member Number and PIN (last 4 of your SSN).  Then click on the green “Terms and Conditions” and check the box to agree.  Click “Continue.”
  5. Create the Logon ID, set the security code/password, and enter an email address.  Click “Enroll.”
  6. Click on “Click Here” to proceed to the login page.
  7. Enter the Logon ID and Security Code.
  8. Setup challenge questions and security phrase and then click “OK.”

Online Bill Pay

Pay all your bills from home, work or anywhere you have internet access.   This is a safe, fast, easy and free way to pay your bills.  Plus, you’re not limited to business hours – Bill Pay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

How To Enroll In Online Bill Pay:

Follow these instructions to pay bills online with online banking bill pay:

  1. Log into
  2. Log into “Online Banking”
  3. Click on “Bill Pay”
  4. Select “Enroll” below first-time user
  5. Enter “Member Number”
  6. Enter “PIN” which will be last 4 digits of your social security number or if the audio teller has been accessed then the PIN will be the Audio Pin.
  7. Select “Bill Pay”
  8. Select the type of bill you want to pay from the menu. Example: “Utilities”
  9. Follow the steps and enter the payment information for each bill you want to pay.

Email it. Text it.  Pay people with Popmoney.

The Popmoney® personal payment service lets you send money to friends, family or almost anyone. All you need is their name and email address or mobile telephone number to move money from your account to theirs if they have an eligible Popmoney account.  You can access Popmoney with Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

How to access Popmoney within Online Banking:

  • Log into “Online Banking”
  • Select “Bill Pay”
  • Select “What else can I do?” along the bottom right of the screen
  • Select “Popmoney”
  • Enter your email address and mobile number. Then accept terms & conditions and activate.
  • Select the “Person” option
  • Enter the following for the person you want to pay:
  • First & Last Name
  • Email Address OR Mobile Telephone Number
  • Enter the dollar amount
  • Select the payment date
  • Select deliver time frame
  • Select the FCCCU account you want the money to come from
  • Select “Continue”

The recipients will be notified by email or text message. By using Popmoney you will never need to exchange financial account information.
