Reflecting on 100 Years of First Class: Mischelle Fisher

Mischelle Fisher, Employee since 2016
Mischelle Fisher joined First Class Credit Union on August 3, 2016, as a Member Service Representative. Over the past eight years, she has found joy in helping members, appreciating the one-on-one connections that make her role so rewarding.
During her time at the credit union, Mischelle has seen many services added to enhance members’ financial experiences. She fondly recalls working alongside great colleagues, forming lifelong friendships, and building strong rapport with members, often being the person who can brighten someone’s day.
One particularly meaningful project for her was being part of the Westown branch remodel, a hands-on experience that reinforced her pride in the credit union. She describes the culture simply: members aren’t just numbers—they’re family, and everyone is made to feel welcome.
Mischelle credits the credit union’s longevity and success to its commitment to community relationships and assisting members with their financial needs, from opening accounts to providing loans and lines of credit. Celebrating 100 years, she is proud to be part of an institution that has served the community for a century.
